“Dr. Adil was giving some free acupuncture at my gym, talked to him about my hip issue...cortisone helped the first time, and some physio also helped a very little bit, but as the years went by, these treatments proved to be no longer working.My hip hurts, and was having trouble sleeping because of the pain. Dr. Adil convinced me that acupuncture may help, I was desperate for something, anything to elevate the pain. His treatments did reduce the pain to a very manageable level, some days it does not hurt al all!Have been seeing him for about a year now, and he has now put me on once a month maintenance, I would like to come more often, but hard to argue with the doctor!My hip still hurts now and then, but that is mainly due to me working it to hard, and not really doing all the re-hab movements I should be doing every day.All in all I am very happy with the results, a big thanks to Dr. Adil“
