My dog, dad, and I were on a road trip to Banff and ended up staying in a hotel that didn’t allow dogs to be left alone. I contacted Veronica’s in advance, letting them know my 10 year-old dog can be leash aggressive and doesn’t like super high energy dogs. They responded in a timely fashion and explained they had different rooms for different energy level dogs. They were extremely friendly, sent photos of my dog, and made me feel extremely comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands! I cannot say enough good things about this place and I would bring my dog here in a heartbeat if needed in the future 🖤
Incredible service, Skylar loves coming to daycare and the team are incredible. Skylar has stayed days and nights and we've always felt super confident she's in good hands! Always comes home and sleeps for hours after having fun all day! Friendly and knowledgeable staff always happy to help is a bonus 👌🏻🩷
Incredibly responsive, kind, and awesome staff! We reached out last minute in a final attempt to do a non dog friendly hike during our visit - they welcomed our 3 dogters and took excellent care of them. Incredibly grateful and will use again!4/4 paws approved!
