Our Landlord originally hired this business to get a drain pipe blockage cleared and to quote to remove and close off an old drain pipe that was causing problems that was no longer used. He had to come back on a later date to do the quote. Had an appointment 8am on a Monday with Mark, and he didn’t get there until 9:45am. Once he did arrive he inspected the pipe of concern, and then mentioned he needed to get parts in the city. We then rebooked for him to arrive the following Saturday “first thing” to actually do the work.
