We got to our acreage north of Athabasca (after 4 months absence) to find that the furnace had crapped out, and everything was frozen solid. Of course it was a Friday afternoon. A call to Athabasca Heating was answered professionally, and within a half-hour we had a technician at our place. The furnace igniter had failed, but the tech had a replacement part with him, and the furnace was back up and running within minutes of diagnosis.
