“I had to put my 'pet therapist' down after 18 years of companionship. Wow, it doesn't matter what the medical situation is; the same compassion and empathy is there. All instructions were provided to me in detail with opportunity to ask questions. “I took my dog Frank to see Chrystal to get his nails done… She’s the first person ever (10 years) who has done his nails without sedation and being a veterinarian. Chrystal was amazing. It was quick and painless. I’m so relieved to know I can take him to someone and it not be so traumatizing for my dog and myself. Thank you Chrystal!!
