Thought we would have to replace a part, He ordered the part, but in the end it turned out the part did not have to be replaced and he was honest about, And didn't replace it anyway, because it wasn't needed. I reached out to Super Dads about our broken dryer, and Jevon was able to come the next day to take a look at it. He made the diagnosis and gave us the pros and cons of fixing it vs buying a new appliance. We decided on fixing the dryer, and Jevon had the parts ready to go.We called Jevon a few days later after we noticed a weird sound coming from the dryer that wasn’t there before. He diagnosed the issue, which ultimately was just the main burner that needed to be replaced. He ordered up the replacement and installed it. His pricing was fair and service was great.
