We hired Barrett at Solitaire home inspections for a day of walk through inspections when we were virtually shopping for our new home in Alberta. (Moved from Ontario). He was extremely professional, polite, friendly and very helpful in our decision to purchase our beautiful new home in Strathmore Alberta. We found him to be very knowledgeable and even though the home inspections were limited (only walk through) they were very informative. He helped us avoid buying a money pit that was beautiful but only cosmetic upgrades were completed. With his help we were able to make the right decision and choose a home that would not cost us dearly in the end. The price he charged for his services was reasonable and fair as well. My husband and I would definitely recommend Solitaire home inspections.

Barret Beaudry was available in our time frames and he did a thorough inspection. His report is easy to access, and detailed. Also, a super nice guy! Highly recommend!!
