X-treme Inspections Ltd.

Ed was communicative and clear on the services he provides and what to expect from the home inspection. I am very impressed with the thorough report he delivered promptly the same day of the inspection. We had a very short turnaround time on our offer and Ed was gracious in booking me in.

The way the report is laid out makes sense and has an additional summary sheet highlighting key issues or areas of concern.

If you are seeking a home inspector that is detailed and thorough, Ed is a great choice.

Ed Randell was amazing. He provided us with a very detailed and thorough inspection, documenting everything — even the smallest items. On top of that, he took the time to explain issues clearly and offered helpful suggestions on how to repair or fix them. We really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
