“Anant is THE BEST!!! I saw her while I was pregnant and just had my first postpartum appointment with her. She has helped me so much with my posture and pelvic floor control as well as incontinence control! Postpartum I was TERRIFIED of my pelvic floor, birth was so traumatic and even getting the okay from my midwife I didn't feel particularly comfortable with anyone or thing near my pelvic floor.
