    Training with Jay for the past 2½ years has transformed my life. I never thought I’d be someone who goes to the gym five days a week, but his Breakfast Club classes have become a non-negotiable part of my routine. Jay brings incredible knowledge, encouragement, and motivation to every session. My body is stronger, my mind is clearer, and I’m consistently pushed in the best way. Highly recommend.

    I have been training at NRG Fitness with Jay for almost two months now, and it has been a great experience. Jay really takes the time to understand my goals and builds my workouts around them. Every session feels focused and purposeful.

    What I appreciate most is that he pushes me, but in a way that feels safe and structured. I can clearly see changes in my body and strength already, which keeps me motivated to stay consistent.

    Coach Jay... what can I say? Private / Semi Private sessions are awesome. Support with proper form, solid pricing, an environment where you want to push yourself. The only thing you have to lose are those 'love handles'. Sign-up give it a shot. You got this!

    I’ve been training with Coach Jay Raymundo at NRG Fitness in Airdrie, and it’s been an amazing experience.
    Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. He always takes the time to explain each movement and adjusts every session based on goals and energy level. I’ve seen real improvements in both my strength and confidence since working with him.

    Jay and his team are amazing at boot camps, gym classes and encouraging you throughout the workout. Thy are knowledgeable and know what to do if you need an adjustment to a specific workout. I highly recommend NRG to get you healthy and feeling great!

    I just did a month of training with Jay, it was pretty fun! Great energy, diverse workouts, and he was engaged with making sure I was using the right form and techniques. Highly recommend!

    I had SUCH a great experience. I pushed myself in ways I wouldn’t have thought I could and used muscles I didn’t know I had. I highly highly recommend personal training sessions with Jay. The hour flies by and he is very encouring and didn’t make me feel embarrassed how out of shape I was at all! I felt great after every session. It’s also not like a regular gym where there is people everywhere and it’s a wonderful space. Money well spent
