I had a injury at work to my neck and shoulder. it was very difficult to get to sleep l had to change positions when driving and the mobility was limited. I was given a few different types of physiotherapy types like dry needling that help a great deal with exercises. The care l was given was top notch the physiotherapis explained the treatment to me before it was done and it all worked very well the exercises was explained very well and gone over with me and was asked how they were helping at each appointment was always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had.
