I had an amazing experience with Airdrie Carpet. Kyle went out of his way to accommodate my scheduling needs and James, the Carpet installer was friendly and outgoing. The flooring looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.
Kyle was great to work with on a gym floor project in my basement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He helped with selections and discussed different options/materials/pricing. He was prompt at returning emails and responding to questions and provided updates along the way. Pricing was affordable. The installers were fantastic. They worked fast but did not rush the process. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful to protect the traffic areas. They were PROFESSIONAL and friendly. I also had Luke work on a tile backsplash area in a mudroom at the same time with leftover tile from another project. Luke was AWESOME! The price was very fair , the installation turn around was quick from when we placed our deposit and Jim the installer was amazing .
He is personable, professional, and extremely friendly. He is also extremely punctual!!
