Absolutely would recommend. Their sales, office staff, and site guys were all great for me. They showed up when I scheduled, communicated, and invoiced less than what I was quoted. Ill be calling them for all my hydrovac from now on. It was also the quietest hydrovac I've ever seen. I'd give them 10/5 if I could.
Bryan is a gift to the industry and was a pleasure to deal with advising for my unique situation. I really appreciate all the time he spent helping price out options, and all the phone calls we had making sure we got all the details just right. Edmonton is lucky to have you sir! Thank you Inertia for hiring the highest quality talent.
We recently hired Inertia Hydrovac for a project that required precision digging around sensitive underground utilities, and I have to say — they exceeded all expectations. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were top-notch.
The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and followed all safety protocols to the letter. They explained everything clearly before getting started and were more than willing to answer any questions along the way. The hydrovac truck they used was clearly well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology, which made the job go smoothly and quickly.
