The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. We researched quite a few solar companies and finally settled on Johnson Solar.From day one of signing a contract, to the last day all items were completed with no complaints. Some minor glitches evolved and resolved in a timely manner.Everything from day one to completion, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. From the quote of what was contracted and with what we needed for our household solar installation.The crew that did the actual installation of solar panels performed it in one day, one day for battery backup once the battery received from the manufacturer.Clinton Johnson (owner) kept us informed from copies of blueprints, permits etc. and a schedule of when to expect workers.
