“During the winter I noticed that we had a leak along the main ridgeline of our roof. I called a few roofing companies to get estimates and all were way out of our budget. When I called Raindance Roof Company and spoke to Todd the owner, he spoke to me like he cared and treated me like a real person and not just out to look for another job. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me a few estimates for my wife and I to talk over and get back to him when we could. There was no pressure. My wife and I decided on the path we wanted to take, got back to Todd and he had us scheduled within a week or two. His crew got here early in the morning, set up, was courteous and explained what they were going to do. Todd ended up showing up to check in on the project and to update me on how much longer his crew was going to be. Sure enough, the crew ended in a timely matter and cleaned up perfectly. “Last year I noticed a wet spot on my stucco house outer wall that continued up the overhang. I took a picture and then ignored it because it dried up and disappeared. This January I saw it again and it was bigger! A worker I've used since 2014, went into the attic on February 23rd and figured where it possibly hadstarted. He told me to get a Roofer. I Googled and chose Roofing Specialists, and called. Mark called me back the same afternoon. We chose March 5th and he arrived. Told me what he was looking for and climbed on my roof. Then he checked my attic. I was VERY relieved to have him tell me that my roof was in good shape and that he saw NO damp wood in my attic! No need to start a project at this time - our Rainy Season is near the end. There was No Charge for his inspection. When/If a heavy rain descends here, I will DEFINITELY call Mark for the job!“
