“They worked on our bathrooms in our condominium unit that was built back in 1973.Eden was our project manager who was very professional. She listened to our request and answered all our questions.The staff were very respectful and knowledgeable. They gave us great ideas on how to update our bathroom. My wife was very pleased with the result which included the walls textured and painted, porcelain floor tiling placed, and boutique vanities installed. I would recommend their business for future projects.“

“Last year I noticed a wet spot on my stucco house outer wall that continued up the overhang. I took a picture and then ignored it because it dried up and disappeared. This January I saw it again and it was bigger! A worker I've used since 2014, went into the attic on February 23rd and figured where it possibly hadstarted. He told me to get a Roofer. I Googled and chose Roofing Specialists, and called. Mark called me back the same afternoon. We chose March 5th and he arrived. Told me what he was looking for and climbed on my roof. Then he checked my attic. I was VERY relieved to have him tell me that my roof was in good shape and that he saw NO damp wood in my attic! No need to start a project at this time - our Rainy Season is near the end. There was No Charge for his inspection. When/If a heavy rain descends here, I will DEFINITELY call Mark for the job!“

We’re extremely pleased with the roof replacement job Alex and his team completed! The communication has been seamless and we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We also had a couple skylights installed and the work is flawless. We’ve worked with many contractors on different jobs in the past and understand that things don’t always go according to plan, but working with Alex has made this project the smoothest and easiest one by far. We have more projects coming up and will hopefully partner with him again!Small note but something that was very thoughtful - they kept the house and yard extremely clean and we really appreciate that extra level of care.“

“From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.“

“Had gen contractor make mistakes on my roof. Had to correct it before our addition could be finalized and our old house could be sold. Mike Webb was very professional and did the job right. Our new house had a roof leak 2/'11 and realtor's roofer messed it up twice. I hope I can get Mike to do the final correction. (I can't confirm but I think he is also a roofing inspector.)“
