“Ryan and his team completed our interior and exterior remodels in August. We are completely satisfied with the process: discussing a plan, providing an estimate, contract, progress of work, response to questions and concerns, help with design. They updated our tandem garage parking space into an actual useable bedroom (raised flooring, ran electrical, poured concrete, installed doors/lights/windows, rerouted dryer vent, painted, etc). “We have a vacation home in La Jolla that needed a lot of updating. We ultimately decided to remodel the entire house and to add additional sf to the rear and front side of the house, also adding some deck area. The new design ended up changing the entire roofline. We remodeled two bathrooms, replaced all of the flooring, remodeled the kitchen and some other cosmetic things both inside and outside. We had a very difficult time to find a contractor, but when we met with Refael from Eco Home Builders we felt confident with his information and services he offered. We’re extremely pleased with the roof replacement job Alex and his team completed! The communication has been seamless and we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We also had a couple skylights installed and the work is flawless. We’ve worked with many contractors on different jobs in the past and understand that things don’t always go according to plan, but working with Alex has made this project the smoothest and easiest one by far. “When my husband and I started looking for our kitchen remodel, we called several contractors. We found Thynk Remodeling on yelp and within a minute knew we needed to make a call to Yoel. From start to finish the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Yoel was attentive, kind, transparent and reasonable throughout the whole process. The inspection and permits went smoothly. We had a hiccup with a need for an entire electrical rewiring in the home and although it was costly, Yoel was able to work with us not only from a financing perspective, but also with a timeline perspective. Our kitchen turned out like a custom kitchen even though it was prefab with Yoel understanding what we wanted and directing us to his vendors that had the best in class products for us to choose from. We were really nervous about doing our first home remodel but we're so happy we went with Yoel. I am a big believer in always explaining the why behind what you're doing and Yoel was on top of it explaining in detail why they he had we had to do certain things to make sure that this was done safely and without cutting corners. “Forget about getting other quotes for your back yard remodel - just contract SBX ECO. They recently completed our back yard which included demolition of an existing slab, installation of 1500 sq ft of pavers, sod, and other landscaping. Carlos, Henry, Juan, Alberto and everyone who worked were timely, courteous and above all very knowledgeable and skilled. Additionally, there was a small issue with drainage, and they came out immediately to correct it. We’re so satisfied, we’re looking to have them create a built in bar-b-que next!
