“I was a new resident to Wyoming, moving here last year, and a disabled Veteran. I was referred to Brant Audiology by the VA, as a Community Care Provider. I was immediately in awe of the Exceptional Customer Service provided during my initial appointments there last year. I referred my wife for an examination and she came to the same conclusion, A+! This last weekend I discovered a hearing aid was not operating properly. On Monday, I called their office asking for assistance. The Receptionist expressed compassion and immediately asked when I would like to come to have someone inspect the hearing aids. I responded 10 AM on Wednesday, today. The appointment was set. Today I walked into the office, actually early, and immediately was met by Staff. They replaced the hearing aid microphone covers and updated the programming. They briefed me of what was done and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. These People really care. I was treated as a valued Customer. Thank You!“
