I’m a golf coach from Gillette, WY and was in Torrington for a golf tourney. The owner is a sweetheart and let me sit in her seat even though she was closing down. Not to mention I got a great haircut, had good conversations, and I was out of there in lickity split! Don’t listen to other negative reviews, this place is a quality dime piece and I highly recommend it!

Jan was amazing. First time in and the customer service was front and center! Cut was exactly what I envisioned and she took the time to set me up with just the right products for my hair type and style. Highly recommend!!!

It had been years since I had visited The Class Act. It was recommended by a trusted friend.... i was skeptical.... but decided to try it. Lori fit me in the same day I called, was very professional and knowledgeable! She did a great job on my hair, actually took her time to make sure that it was what/how I wanted it. I was very impressed and scheduled my next hair appointment that day. All of the ladies in the shop were very nice and polite!
