Between Dec. 15th and Feb. 15th they picked up my trash maybe twice when the agreement was that they would pick it up every other week. Not only were they not fulfilling their end of the agreement they refused to provide me any kind of credit or refund. The best part is they came and my picked up my dumpster the next morning less than 24 hours after I cancelled my service with them. Can't make it out to do their actual job but they'll be petty and take their dumpster back real quick.

Update: A few months after they did end up providing me a refund for about a month of service so I'm adding a star.
