Steve was diligent extracting water from my mother’s basement when it kept taking in water over and over. Plus he’s a nice guy. Did a good job and was very accomodating. We’re calling him back to clean the carpets now... Never ends.
I have had them clean the carpet in two rentals. One had cat smell in it and after he cleaned it it was gone! The other had such bad stains I really thought there would be no way it would come clean but they got all the stains out and the carpet looked great!
