Sets the standard for professionalism. Couldn’t get a doggone plumber in Worland to come out so Steve and his guys came over from Thermop. He answers if he can, calls you when he’s on his way, and when he got here with his guys they moved quicker than any crew I’ve seen and it was clear they knew their stuff. Absolutely blown away at the fast service and great communication. Gave us peace of mind in a hazardous situation, got our hot water back, and all on a Friday when they were already slammed. Great appreciation for these folk.

The spent 7 hours because it was a real problem My shut off valve had to be replaced. As well. When Steve does a job it's done the right way first. I had a shut off valve for my outside water hose Hook up. The drain plug got stripped. An was leaking. His guys came in replaced the valve in 20 minutes. No more leaks.
