About Snake River Lodge
Snake River Lodge & Spa offers an amazing staycation experience. The lodge features a rustic charm with carvings of bears and woodland critters throughout. Guests can enjoy the very nice and kid-friendly pool, hot tub, sauna, and the lobby bar, which was also a bonus. The front desk staff provides excellent service, often going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The spa is amazing, with attentive and very knowledgeable therapists like Chris who has strong hands and great vibes. The rooms are spacious, with beds and pillows that make for a perfect night's sleep. Some visitors have enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, adding an extra wow factor. Overall, Snake River Lodge & Spa provides a wonderful experience with great amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, despite occasional renovations or construction nearby. Its convenient location makes it ideal for exploring the nearby national park, and the friendly staff consistently offers helpful and welcoming service.
Our first visit to the Jackson home was a notable experience. Considering the hotel's desirable location and premium rates, I had high standards. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that amenities would be unavailable due to ongoing construction, which was a letdown. The lobby was located beyond a parking lot filled with construction equipment, including a large crane. Moreover, my husband had to park and walk a considerable distance back to the hotel, which was not convenient. We considered leaving but decided to stay due to the late hour. Excellent lodge, spacious room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Bed and pillows are perfect for the night sleep. Jacuzzi in the bathroom adds an additional wow! The only downside is that place was under renovation when I visited and had to use all the amenities at the adjacent resort which was already crowded.
We had a great visit at the snake river lodge. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and the bed cozy. We spent most of our time in the national park, it was the perfect location!
