Crook County Veterinary Services

At Crook County Veterinary Services, they provide excellent care for animals in need. A border collie received prompt attention when its face was swollen, and the veterinarian team quickly determined it was not a snake bite. In another instance, a dog who was stung by a bee or wasp received emergency treatment, including a steroid shot, and recovered quickly. Dr. Jake is known for his personable demeanor and clear explanations, making the emergency fee seem reasonably priced.

The staff is very friendly, kind, and compassionate, making them highly recommended by visitors. They have successfully treated pets on short notice, showing great expertise and care. For example, a pug that ingested cat litter was fit into their busy schedule for a thorough exam, despite being a mean old lady.

Also, they took in a dog with a swollen leg without a reservation during a post-holiday rush, performing x-rays and urinalysis. They explained their findings well, impressing healthcare professionals in the waiting area. The dog had a strained muscle and made a complete recovery in a week. The overall experience at Crook County Veterinary Services is marked by impressive and affordable care for all domestic animals.
