Horrible management, all women running this branch. They make promises they can’t keep. Tell you one thing on your pay and then change it on you. No long-term stability, no option to move up in the company. Tracy and Tammy conspire against the drivers. Jen is a good gal but just follows along with the other two women. If you want instability in pay and policy (make up as they go) as well as emotional instability in the office (all is well one minute, completely off the hinges the next) then by all means, this will be a good fit for you. But if you’re like the rest of us who want and need a stable professional work environment and income, TriMac Rock Springs will NOT meet those expectations! Stay away all CDL drivers! These ladies don’t know the first thing about how to keep a fleet in good working order! Breakdowns all the time along with expectations to run DOT illegal equipment. They do not care about you or your family or personal needs to care for them! They will lie to you about how they care about their drivers and family always comes first blah blah blah...then threaten to fire you when you have family emergencies etc. Not a sound place to work for anyone considering themselves a professional driver.
