“I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I brought my 5 year old in to get her ears pierced and got a second set of holes myself. Kira and Lily were so patient and accommodating. Firstly, they pierced my ears like I was 5, so she could see the whole process start to finish. Secondly, when my kiddo got scared but still obviously (and loudly) wanted to do it, they gave us endless time for her to make her own decision, waited while we retrieved special stuffed animals from the car, and kept their calm through the whole process. In addition, the rest of the artists (and clients) were her biggest hype team. We came away with beautifully done piercings and a kiddo who felt empowered and brave. Thank you”
