I won't go to any other salon in town; Cathy knows what she's doing, is patient and extremely skilled. I have never had a bad cut or color, and have never left unhappy with how my hair looks. I trust Cathy so much that I've come in with no idea what I want and just let her do her thing, and I leave with model hair.
