Monica is not a good communicator. She has not been following through with agreements made over the phone and I believe she is screening my calls. Very poor business practice. Super disappointed and frustrated that we paid for a service and now are dealing with late fees and added stress because she did not do her job.

We LOVE Monica at Tax Pros, I believe she is one of the owners. We were previously with one of the biggest tax firms in town, that had an excellent reputation that is being sullied by the younger accountants taking over the firm. Our taxes were so messed up from the previous year when we came to Monica, & we knew it. She fixed the last year's return and got us anow excellent refund, while being very precise and informative on the proper records we needed so we didn't have a problem if we are ever audited. Thank you Monica!!!! We definetly give our personal recommendation!
