One of the best experiences I've ever had with a dealership service department. The service advisors and technicians went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. My truck started sticking in gears and lit up the check engine light on my way into Rock Springs for work. I called First Choice Ford to see if they could take a look at it. I let them know that I would only be in town for 3 days and that I would have to pick it up whether it was repaired or not. They quickly diagnosed that I needed a new Transmission Control Module. They offered me the option to overnight the part from another dealership in order to meet my tight deadline....read full review
