Absolutely unprofessional and shady! They were called over to camera and snake a slow drain on my house. Jake and his hand showed up. Ran a camera and found nothing that I would say would be detrimental to slowing down the flow besides sludge build up. [ In my experience with plumbing, which seemed to be far greater than the guys that showed up ]. I played dumb and let them do their job as I watched the camera screen. I find nothing major. So I run to home depot to get $50 worth of pipe and a vent that Aspen Mt told me they'd install for $350 plus materials 🤨 it took me longer to get the lid off the pvc cement then It did to actually install the vent and stack. Upon my arrival back they had come to the conclusion that I need upwards of $32k in repairs because my mainline is broken. Jake said there was a section that needed replaced and it was $27,000 to fix it plus trenching and asphalt I could be well over that $32,000 mark!!!! Jake said whether I get 10ft of pipe or 100ft of pipe it'd be the same price! How is that even logical!?!? They leave after charging $650 and within an hour my basement was flooding! So I called and told Aspen I wanted my money back because I had to hire the professionals to come behind and snake and scope the main. I watched the gentleman from Elite Plumbing scope the main and there was many broken sections of my mainline. How could my mainline be intact and just sludgey when Aspen was there to broken in numerous spots and sewage filled basement within an hour if they didn't destroy the mainline? I go in repeatedly to talk to Lance the owner because Jake said that " Lance will do whatever possible to make thing right! " Lance gives excuse after excuse to even have the decency to come out from his office to have a conversation to get to a resolve. Gone in twice and Lance goes and hides in his office and sends other people out to be the messenger. He will not handle his problems himself! Every time I get the " Lance is busy " story. He needs to be an adult and handle HIS issues! Lance wants to be a business owner when it means raking people over the coals by charging 70% higher than every other plumbing company in town and padding his pockets, but when it comes to running a business and keeping skilled labor on staff or communicating to unhappy customers.....Lance will run and hide in the back! All i want is my $600 plus so I can use that money to pay my deductable for the now destroyed basement and shattered mainline! They are real quick to hurry over and overcharge you and take your money and run, but if you had an issue with them they will run away from their issues every time! Do yourselves a favor and call another company!
