The technician, Deb is such a pleasure to deal with and makes the initial evaluations very pleasant. Dr. Walton was easy-going and knowledgeable. I am so impressed by Kenna and Anna especially. Kenna spent as much time with me as I needed to pick out frames (for glasses and sunglasses). She never made me feel rushed and was patient and sincere the entire time. I took quite a while to narrow down styles I like and she was reassuring and pleasant the entire time. Anna was right there to check on different color options for frames as well as address other technical questions I had. Truly, everyone was so kind and friendly; I am so glad I chose Hometown. I am looking forward to receiving my new glasses and sunglasses and having the peace of mind that Hometown will be doing my adjustments, warranties, etc. What a great place and a wonderful experience so far!“
