When I was in the office to get my new
C cap I was very friendly received.
That lady that explained things to me was very thorough, friendly, explanatory, into details, friendly, understandably to my needs.
She was THE BEST representative for lincare I've ever met.

Need more help on the Rawlins wyoming store. Had to remain in the hospital 2 extra days because lincare could not provide oxygen at my residence. Also they send wrong items for my Cpap
I am visiting wyoming from Reno and had some oxygen issues. So we found a Lincare in Rawlins. The Service Representative Crystal Fries not only was helpful but she went above and beyond! She helped me more in one Day than my Reno NV. Store has helped me since I been on oxygen. Amazing employee and Fabulous Customer Service!!! THANK YOU CRYSTAL FRIES!
