I needed a washer and dryer fixed at home so I stopped by this shop to ask questions first. I explained how the washer would over fill and flood the floor and that the dryer won’t even start.
So overwhelming.
Instead of replacing these machines I was hoping to get them fixed.
They came and took a lot about 30 minutes after I stopped by. They were amazingly quick at diagnosing the problems with both machines.
The gentleman that came by to fix it was very kind and professional.
They fixed most on the first day in about an hour. So the dryer worked the first day and the washer was fixed the next day. It cost me a couple hundred to get both fixed. I feel...read full review

I’m a full time caregiver and my washer and dryer working properly is extremely important for things to function well. My dryer wasn’t heating that was just a little over two years old. When another place couldn’t get to it in a timely manner I contacted these guys and he was here within half an hour!! Easy fix!! Thank you again for saving the day. One less thing to deal with now.

I have called Drummond for multiple appliance repairs and every time, they have been prompt, courteous and professional. Eric takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be fixed and often makes the repair same-day. If he has to order a part, he will provide a cost estimate and timeline, and then follow up as soon as it arrives. Couldn't ask for anything more!
