Great doctor best in town, I have been seeing him for 28 years and I have never had a bad experience. He takes his time and actually listens instead of rushing out of the room to the next person.
Dr.Young is the best doctor I’ve had and he is very attentive and doesn’t push something if it isn’t necessary. I’ve had other doctors push medications or surgery when it isn’t necessary but he only recommends what is best for you in your situation. He does what he says he is going to do. He’s been my Doctor for 10 plus years and I’ve never had a problem with him.The receptionist on the other hand is not as good as the previous one. Making appointments over the phone is very difficult and it is best to go in the office to schedule appointments. Dr. Young has been my doctor since he arrived in Rawlins, in the late 80's or early 90's. I have been extremely happy with him and rate 5 stars. However, for the last few months, with his current receptionist, it has been difficult to make an appointment by phone. (It's easier to walk in and make an appointment in person.) Calling Dr. Young's office number mostly goes to voicemail. Leaving a message is hit or miss on getting a call back. Because of that, I am now making a back-up appointment with another doctor. I rate the receptionist at 2 stars at the most.
