While visiting family in Wyoming, we developed a bubble on the outside of a tire outside of Pinedale. We called around and the particular tire we needed wasn't available anywhere. Paul at Performance Tech in Pinedale was the most willing to help so we told him to get one in and let us know when it came in. He did and we went down to have the tire installed. I told him about a noise that seemed to be coming from the back and he said they would look at it. Everyone was really busy and I didn't know how he would fit us in if something needed repaired. They installed the new tire and told us we needed new brakes to take care of the noise in the rear. He called around, found the brakes and made sure we were comfortable by taking us to a local restaurant while they were doing the brake job. He made all the repairs and when I saw my bill, once again, I was impressed. Performance Tech was very reasonable and the staff was so personable. Especially Paul. He was so customer focused and caring. I haven't seen this kind of service in a very long time. Rest assured that if we ever have car problems in or around Pinedale, Performance Tech will be getting our business. Thank you Paul for taking care of me and my family.
