We had someone hit our car. Bumper needed replaced. Had a issue getting the parts in but they worked late on Thanksgiving eve to be sure we still got our vehicle back by expected time. It was much appreciated!

I had an interesting night after coming out of a 10 day hike in the Wind River Mountains and woke up needing a tow back to Pinedale. Bill was a true gentleman with a trusty sidekick who likes Jerky. Thanks so much for getting me out of a tight spot Bill! Also great recommendation for repair work at D&L, who will get their own glowing review.Service: Car towing

After a terrible experience in WY getting pulled over by a state trooper and getting in trouble, I was stuck with our rental car 45 miles out of town, from Seattle I don’t have a drivers license I use public transportation. Bill was very kind, he gave me a tow back into town he even made a stop along the way so that I could use the bathroom. Once we got into town he drove me to a hotel where he waited for me to check to see if they had a room, they didn’t so he had drove me to another hotel not to far from the shop it self.
