I got my boyfriend a massage for Valentine’s Day, and as soon as he was done, he stated that it was THE BEST massage he’s ever had. Stephanie worked all the kinks out and made him feel brand new☺️!Stephanie is super helpful and professional at accommodating to what best suits your schedule and your body. Truly one of the kindest spirits i’ve had the pleasure of meeting :)

Stephanie has a knack for finding the areas that need the most attention without you even telling her. She does breath work with you, talking you through it and using visualization during the process. She also helps stretch the areas that are stiff and sore and gives you advise for things you can do at home Inbetween appointments. She is great at what she does!

What a great massage by Stephanie. She has such great hand and arm work. Her breath work helps move fresh air in and stale air out. What a pleasure that we have found her. Great massage, great location, and a very kind and compassionate lady! Hands of the healer right here! I will definitely be back to Silver Leaf Massage. Very cool place.

I use different methods and breathing techniques to get the muscles to loosen up. Every massage is different. I use breath and energy work as well as massage.
