Had them fix my roof in 2018. Everything looked until I had to redo the underside of a awning. The crew didn't inform me there was dry rot, instead they did a shady patch job. I got ahold of them and they sent a guy out to look. He said that it wasn't right. He got a crew over and fixed it right and did do extra work to make it right. I don't normally write reviews - it isn't my thing. But I have to in this case due to the fantastic experience I had with Built Wright. We recently had a major hailstorm that damaged our roof. We contacted a different company to quote us a new roof and let's just say that it wasn't a pleasant experience. We noticed several of the other homes in our neighborhood had Built Wright signs in their yards so we called them to quote us a new roof. Great company, very easy to deal with. We had them replace our roof in Lovell. They came right out and gave me an estimate on the same day that I called. The estimate was very fair and their representative was very honest. He warned me that there may be additional costs if our plywood was in bad shape, so we knew going into it how much it could cost in a worst case scenario situation. They also gave us lots of shingling options, so we were able to pick the color and style that we wanted. They did the job while we were out of town and had it 100% completed by the time we got back, which was within 2-3 days.
