First visit was wonderful. Staff was friendly and welcoming. As soon as we walked in with our very nervous German shepherd they immediately directed us to the scale and did not approach (thank you). We waited 5-10 min as they created our profile. The vet tech was knowledgeable and the Vet was so professional. She got down on the floor with treats in a non threatening way sort of ignoring our German shepherd (which is a good thing that keeps her from feeling threatened). She looked through our paoerwork, suggested a shave and did an exam. She gave us many options with her opinion when asked. She also was upfront about pricing and suggested bundles to save us trips and money. We did not feel gouged at all. We are happy to go back. Our dog pooped and the front office lady was soooo nice and understanding. She even insisted on cleaning it up.
