Members learn the value of delayed gratification, how to work for a goal, and how to build lifelong habits for physical and mental health.
A nice little gym with all the essential equipment including a basketball gym with pickleball nets and lines, spin class, weight lifting, and probably more things that I don't know about (I just lift weights when I go). Staff is helpful and friendly. I work out here occasionally when I'm working in Lander because my company bought a corporate pass, but if I ever ended up moving here I'd get a membership of my own to High Mountain.
Best gym in Lander by far. Mix of free weights, huge selection for machines, cardio room is spacious. Greatful for the online day pass for access without having to wait for staffed hrs. This will be my go to gym when in town!
I was a member here last summer (I was snowbirding, so not here in winter). It was a fantastic gym. My buddy and I would lift then play basketball. Very good equipment, good court. No forced contract. There was a billing issue after I cancelled (they switched payment systems or something and accidentally charged me), which they promptly resolved.
