Spent the afternoon with Sean and his mother, Jody, in late July of this year. Had a wonderful afternoon. They were great company. Sean was knowledgeable about all of his guitars and played quite a few of them for me. Bought an Epiphone Casino that I really love. It was nice to see such a well-run, welcoming family business. If you are in Lander and love music, you should definitely stop in.
Yes there is a music store in Fremont county! They have a small but varied selection of quality used equipment. If they don’t have what you’re looking for odds are they can find it for you. They are some of the nicest folk the town has to offer. Even if you’re not in the market for anything it is worth a trip just to say hey
I visited this shop while passing through in hopes of finding a vintage percussion instrument as a gift for my brother. I have to admit I was feeling pretty down that day. Although I'm not certain, it had to have been the owner I was dealing with. To this day I can't remember exactly what he said, but after I walked out of that shop I felt light as air, tapping the little German made hand drum through the gift wrap all the way down the street with a huge smile on my face. We talked about a lot. He was nice enough to negotiate price, but there was wisdom shared with me that day, free of charge.
