I am so incredibly impressed with Baker Heating and Air. The furnace in a rental quit working (in cold WY winter weather!) The first HVAC company who looked at the furnace told us it needed to be replaced and the cost would be thousands of dollars. I called Baker Heating and Air for a 2nd opinion. I called at 5pm, left a message. I got an immediate call back and Kevin said he would check it out right then. He called 90 min later and had fixed the furnace!! Not only did he provide excellent customer service by getting to the job immediately, he took the time to do some crazy troubleshooting and saved us thousands of dollars. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Baker Heating and Air!
