They do breakfast right, every time. There is a reason you have to wait for a table for breakfast. The Virginian is one of the best breakfast spots in Jackson. It's worth the wait. My favorite continues to be the #3, Corned Beef Hash and eggs. Come hungry and get a side pancake. Recommendation: Wear stretchy pants.
