Hayley Strauss is kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. She has great attention to the details and nuances of rehabilition and physical therapy. I appreciate that she doesn't just run through basic strength exercises but carefully evaluates and addresses each clients weaknesses and needs. My 14 year old son is quite the stinker and yet she takes his antics and jokes in stride and makes things enjoyable for him as well. Her staff is also considerate, helpfun and pleasant to be around. I highly reccomend Peak Performance to anyone looking for a physical therapist.

I was faced with a dilemma, where I had just been released to begin Physical Therapy after reverse shoulder replacement, but I was leaving town for a month on a warm weather retreat That had been planned and paid for months ago. I met with Hayley Strauss and after assessing my shoulder and considering my prior experience with shoulder rehabs, she was willing to work with me and my circumstances. She taught me the exercises and stretches, coached me on technique, and provided valuable information about staying within her prescribed program and limits.
