“I've never left a review before but thought it necessary after my experience with Castle Rock last night. Left a message about an outlet that was sparking which of course was freaking scary! Rich called back about an hour later (he was on another after hours call) and came right over. He quickly fixed the issue and also explained what was going on and checked out a bunch of other things to make sure the outlet was safe. Very kind and very helpful.
