If I could give a 0 I would. Went in due to the great reviews had hair to my butt wanted a trim about an inch as my hair was super healthy. I also wanted light layering starting from an inch below my shoulders down. I ended up having to go somewhere else to fix it I was crying for an hour and ended up having my hair cut to my shoulders to fix it.

Ashley Reed is FANTASTIC. she isn't afraid to take a risk with you and makes your whole hair experience fun! I've been seeing her for at least a decade now. She's the best.

I’m writing this for my beloved autistic sister who could not do this on her own. She loves going here!! Kimberly does such a great job every time. I absolutely LOVE seeing my sisters makeovers, manicures, and hair styling on Facebook.
