I asked Alicia if she could do my hair a certain way and she had me find some pictures and colors as to what I was looking for and send them to her. She made sure it was what I wanted while being honest if part of it seemed off. But the end product was AMAZING and she NAILED IT 1000% I love it and will from now on always recommend her!!!!!
