I made an appointment with Kara Gerber at Phoenix Hair Salon and the quality of her services were the best I’ve ever had! Kara has spent her own money to increase her coloring and hair cut skills at Bumble and Bumble New York City. These stylists color and highlight beautifully, and cut layers with smooth transition. I have gotten so many compliments and have referred them to Kara.
