I called to see if she could get my four year old daughter in today last minute, and she said yes! my daughter has autism and has sensory issues towards her hair. Alicia was patient, kind, and caring towards my daughter. She let my daughter openly stim no questions asked. When we walked in, the music was a bit loud and my daughter showed that. Alicia had NO hesitation to turn it down for her. I left her building crying tears of joy because Alicia showed so much compassion towards my daughter. Alicia is so easy and fun to talk to, —very happy and upbeat—she made me feel at ease. Her studio is stunningly beautiful and intentional in its decor. She really cares about your hair goals and clearly communicates the best way to go about accomplishing them—she thinks about making sure your hair stays healthy. She brushed my fine strands of hair very carefully —without damaging it and without discomfort. I was happy I found such a great place to get my hair done.
