“Called Powder River Heating & AC after receiving unsatisfactory service from another company. Justin had the issue pretty much figured out over the phone before even showing up. He was able to fit me in the same day I called and brought the parts and tools he needed with him. He was thorough with diagnosis and repair and verified his repair instead of just assuming he fixed it. Will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue. Would have given 5 stars but the price seems steep compared to service I've received in the past, however the technicians don't set the prices so

Joe's gave us a quote the same day, got the parts, installed them and made it better than ever! We really appreciate these guys!“
