2022: have NEVER written a bad review in my life but I want to warn people about how awful you will be treated!! Receptionist works ONE day of the week and can’t be friendly? She called breached hippa by calling my personal phone from her personal phone, through a number blocking device- on her day off to insist I go somewhere else! I liked my doc well enough but I will never go back. She was also claiming to be their gillette clinic manager on this call, which was not true!. 2023: ONE YEAR LATER, by the reviews I can tell she still worked there 6months ago and wow management- after a breach oh hippa???? Our experience with this clinic has been very unsatisfying. The office secretary has the public skills of a hyena and should not be dealing with the public. They billed us multiple times for the same wart they were unsuccessful at killing. Their billing department people are very argumentative, probably because they are already defensive over the dissatisfied customers they hear from. The doctor is fine, when you are successful enough to see him. If you can find a different dermatologist it would be worth it.

I’ve recommended the Wyoming Skin Clinic to several of my clients, however, based on my most recent experience with the head office’s unprofessional staff, I will sadly not be promoting their business in the future. Their billing department is extremely unprofessional and impossible to work with. My insurance paid everything but a $2.40 deductible, which I remember paying in office, the day of my visit. However, since something was not correct on their end regardless of the Gillette location showing a $0 balance in their systems, they tacked on 100% interest and a $30 convenience fee and sent it to collections!
